At last! I think you will agree that the missing ling has been found. I was so happy! Her obituary confirms we have the correct William Everette (Petoskey Village President). It also provides us a glimpse of her in her own right. How exciting! I guess this is why we genealogy so much! Let me know what you think or if I have missed anyrhing. Thanks for all!
|Petoskey History 1852-2002||RE: William Everett: Village Pres. of Petoskey|
P.S. Correction: I intended to say the Petoskey Newspaper Clipping ( that we have attached to his memorial) does not provide a middle intial, nor does it mention him being the Village President of Petoskey. I am concerned he is the correct William Everett. Thanks again.

Help! Not certain we have the correct information.The Greenwood Cemetery Records show his middle intial as M.
The newspaper clipping does not provide a clipping or does it mention he was our Village President. When time allows could you double check on your records. Thanks so much!
|Petoskey History 1852-2002||RE: Chester Crago|
Hello! So nice to hear from you again! I sent a correction along with a note to Mrs. Thompson (who created the memorial for Mayor Chester Crago’s wife.) It will no doubt be corrected within a day or so to reflect Garland, her correct maiden name. It means so much to have others such as yourself keeping an eye out for our departed. Thank you so much. And for your very kind remark!

Would you believe it? I finally found the missing information on James R. Wylie. His date of death is missing on your Political Graveyard. It was a real bugger to find. Hope you are as happy as I am! Cheers. If you want the entire story I will be happy to share it with you. Thanks for listing it!
