I (Al Roberts)am interested in the cemetery at Bluff Springs, Howard county, AR. because over 100 folks who are buried there are Ancestors, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins or Siblings. This current (07/10/2011)listing of over 800 names has evolved from the work of several folks. The primary listing was compiled in 1991 by a team including my sister, Mary Tarnow of OKC. The team was led by Omega Elrod of Dallas. A working group comprized of descendants of Franklin Smith & Julia Ellen Holcombe Arnold conducted a search in September 2006 to identify recent burials. (Since 1991)In spite of some 250 corrections and updates submitted by folks from Nashville AR. to CA. and Oregon,it is recognized that there are numerous errors and maybe 200 unidentified graves and unreadable markers. In addition to needing information to correct and update those records, information is needed about the lives of each person. This computer program (Find A Grave) allows for a personal record for each person which should be submitted by a loved one. Each person deserves a record.
