Hi, My name is Marie. Dora Chapman is my mother. I have a hobby of tracing my family history during my spare time. I live in Phoenix, AZ. If anyone needs a picture taken of the grave in this area, I am more than willing to help. Thanks to findagrave.com I can now put flowers on my mothers grave. I am looking forward to helping others do the same.|

You are welcome!!

This was a very pleasant cemetery. The age of some of the settings is very interesting. I took time to look around at most of the markers.
The overall condition is not good. It appears to me that some vandals have overturned several headstones.

I realize that you requested photos for John and Mary and I have fulfilled that request. I just wanted to let you know that there was also Emma Beckett Amos and Thomas Edgar Amos with them. I have uploaded photos for them as well.

Thank you for your message. I have just started gathering the cemetery photos and I am finding it to be very interesting.
I have another photo that you may be interested in seeing. It is the grave of Maude Crawford which is next to that of Newton Crawford, probably his wife.
If you would send me an email address I will send it to you.

Your Welcome. It makes it all worth while to hear that someone was helped in their research. I too have had to ask for help in this matter since I do not live in certain locations of my research findings.
Have a Blessed Day!

Yes, it is a shame. And the older ones are the ones that are more delicate. But wish there would have been more there. Glad I could help you a bit.

Any time. Romance Valley is a beautiful section in Vernon County. The folks that live there are mostly hard working farm families. I grew up not far from there. This cemetery in bad shape. Very sad. Have a great day.
