|Fran Eichorst||RE: Transfer request for John Brugman and Theresa Brugman|
Thank you very much!
|Fran Eichorst||Transfer request for John Brugman and Theresa Brugman|
I am requesting your transfer of my great great grandfather, John Brugman and my great great grandmother, Maria Theresa Freiricks Brugman.
They were the parents of my great grandmother, Elizabeth Brugman Van Driel. Elizabeth Brugman Van Driel had a daughter, Gertrude Van Driel Eck, my grandmother. My mother, Paula Eck Eichorst, was Gertrude's daughter.
John Brugman 49406599
Theresa Brugman 96074267
Thank you for your consideration.
Thanks very much for transferring these!
|Fran Eichorst||Jerome Steyaert #49385714|
Please consider this request that you transfer Jerome Steyaert, #49385714 to me. He was my great uncle, and was married to my great aunt, Frances Brugman, the sister of my great grandmother, Elizabeth Brugman Van Driel. Elizabeth Brugman had a daughter, Gertrude Van Driel Eck; Gertrude was my mother's (Paula Eck Eichorst) mother.
Jerome Steyaert is on the headstone in the picture (I've visited there and seen it as well), and his birth and marriage date are listed there. But no death date is on the headstone as he is not buried there; he is buried in Cleburne Texas and I visited his gravesite in Cleburne and took a photo. I would like to update this record (a bit complex, I agree).
Thank you for your consideration of this transfer to me.
Fran Eichorst # 48407388
Thank you very much for transferring this to me. I had looked for him for a long time and had seen there was a problem with the indexes listed for Louisa county with his name. It is correct on page 108 but they must have thought the Francis part was his first name instead of his surname. Again thank you very much. That makes my day.

Phyllis: Thank you very much for the information on Musser Public Library newspaper research site. I never heard of this site, so thank you for sharing! I wish there were more people like you willing to share and help others on this website. There are too many others I feel who should find a new hobby and leave family genealogy to those who really love doing this type of work. Thanks again for your help.

Please disregard my middle name suggestion for Edna. It was an error.
