I've been a member of findagrave for several years, but recently decided to take an active part in documenting mostly my direct ancestors, plus a few aunts, uncles and cousins -- especially those that have no descendants to do it for them -- as well as any relatives that other family members ask me to do for them.

Many people seem to want to "hoard" memorials and compete for the largest number of added/managed memorials on this web site. I do not do this. I enjoy learning about our ancestors through research and sharing information for the preservation of family histories.

I only have family memorials. If it happens that I have a memorial for someone who is more closely related to you than me, I will gladly transfer it to you. I will also share any information about that person or their family for the preservation of all our family histories.
