My Father was and is my Hero. He was born in 1938 in the Glasgow area, and was raised with 6 other siblings in the Newark area. He entered the Military sometime in the 50's, and directly went abroad to France. He served 3 tours in Vietnam, and held the post of State Commander for the Disabled American Vets (DAV). Along with his Military career and DAV career, he was also a Volunteer Firefighter with Christiana, Indian River, and Frankford Fire Co's. He died in 1994 of a massive heart attack after a short illness contributed by a stroke.
