RE: Correction I have transferred the memorial to you. My wife says that she might be related to Leandro also, but she isn't sure. Her father, Timoteo Chavez, was born in Pinos Wells. Her grandparents were Manuel Chavez and Telsefora Baca Chavez who also lived in Pinos Wells. Small world isn't it?
I have made the additions you suggested and corrected the incorrect information. Thank you for bring this to my attention. If you are friend or family, I would be glad to transfer management of this memorial to you. Please advise.
RE: RomeroFamilyPlot Hi, L.C. ~ Clara's position is clearly marked on a chart of that area, but, since she just passed in 1996, it seems she maybe never had a marker...at least her grave can be pinpointed tho. Also seems that the two other sons besides Josť Abelicio who died in 1941 were both cremated...no other names in family plot of Santa Barbara area. Do you want me to transfer the memorial of son Carlos Richard Romero to you?
RE: Confused I had sent you a "problem" that Mrs. Romero does not have a marker, but is buried in the position to the north of her son and husband; the same explanation is in the caption of the picture if you click on it.
Historic Santa Barbara Cemetery It's a shame that people lack the knowledge, refuse to verify the facts. Santa Barbara Cemetery is next to Mt. Calvary Cemetery, did NOT become part of any cemetery in any year. Defiantly not 1936. The Sign "Santa Barbara Cemetery" remained till the clean up, they took down the old wrought iron fence, & sign. This fact can be confirmed that two cemeteries exists, both owned by the Catholic Church. Records are not complete for either cemetery. Confirmed by the Director of the Catholic Cemeteries. Death Certificates, Funeral Homes, Deeds to lots, read "Santa Barbara Cemetery".
