I have been researching my family history for several years. I especially enjoy finding old cemeteries that no one has visited in generations. Please contact me if I can take a picture of the gravesite of your loved. I would love to take a moment while taking the photo to tell your loved one they have not been forgotten.|
I am also a descendant of civil war soldiers from the 36th, 43d, and 60th Tenn CSA regiments. I would love to connect with other descendants. Please see our 43d descendants website at www.43dtenn.com
Researching: McDonald, Morris, Dunn, Bohanan, Ogle, Ratcliff, Johnson, Taylor, McNabb, Noe....
**Permission is given to use any of my findagrave photos as you wish. No, credit to me is necessary.**

Thank you for taking the time and effort to visit the gravesite of Wallace H Boling to photograph and post on Find A Grave.

Thank you so much for the photos showing Lucile's burial place. I had known her since school year 1944-'45 at Sunnyside Elementary School in Chattanooga, until about 1954 or'55 at the University of Chattanooga. I played saxophone in Brainerd Junior High School's orchestra next to her brother, Charles (Bussy) Sully, in 1947 and '48. Lucile was always so full of life and fun that it is hard to believe she is gone - and for so long a time already. We were born the same year, and our children were also born the same year - except that my daughter survived and I now have two fine grandsons. Lucile was not so lucky, apparently, and I lament the loss of her son at such an early age.
Again, many thanks for posting the requested pictures. Forest Hills is a beautiful place.

Thanks Colleen for looking for Mr. Killingsworth grave.
Thank you for the picture of the spot where Catherine Hunter is buried. I had a great grandfather that was in the 36th Tn Inf ( Nathaniel P Mcnabb)
Thank You very much! I am grateful.

Words cannot possibly express how grateful I am for you fulfilling the headstone photo request for Mary Christine Hughes Johnson. I was going out on a limb that I had connected her to the right husband and your single photo of the family plot answered every question I had. It means so much to me as her family line died with her toddler son. You have helped me so much, please know that.

The response I got from Scout731 left me wondering what would need to happen to correct the mismatched information and photos. I appreciate your time and efforts.

I see your photos and notes for James Gardner Bright, his wife-Margaret White and children. The memorials do not seem to match and I was wondering if you might help.
The memorial information for Gardner Bright shows the date of death as 1960 but the marker that is linked is for Mary Gardner Bright with dates of 1883-1967.
There is no photo for James Gardner Bright, Sr. Could this be the memorial with the date of death of 1960? And did you take a photo of his marker?
The photos are great but just don't seem to all match the memorials. Thanks for any light you might be able to shed on this for me
