RE: Ethmer Thelma Dickson
Please hold off transferring yet. I would expect J or J to take the transfer. She was my great aunt.
I was in Newton three years ago, saw both cousins and appreciate their hospitality but did not get to see her.
I guess I would like an open communication with you, just in case.

Rucker Question
Hello,

Thanks for sending question about two 1885 Ruckers. First in not a family member. I do find a grave work in Weakley and Obion County. I have double checked what I entered from Weakley County Cemetery Book Vol 1 page 58. Both are entered correctly from the book but who ever read the headstone might have made a mistake. I can try to make a note and if I'm in the area see if that is the problem. If you don't live in the area and receive text photos send me your text information to my e-mail and I will send you a photo of page 58 with the Rucker names listed. I hope this helps.

You are welcome. Have some more to post; some may be your requests. Get down this way once or twice
a year, to get out in the "woods."

I'm not a close relative, but thanks anyway!

Hi again,

I looked at things more closely, and I believe Jim and Red Kaegi were first cousins, rather than brothers. Their fathers were brothers.

If I'm misinterpreting something, please let me know.

Thanks,
Lynn

Thank you for the additional information about Phoebe's first husband. I have added him to her bio and clarified that one daughter was from each marriage.

I appreciate that you took the time to write. I'm always happy to be able to make corrections so that my bios are as accurate as possible.
