I was born Newberry, SC. When I was seven months old, my parents relocated to Columbia, SC. I'm the last child of six. Both my parents and two of my siblings are deceased. I'm a descendant of the Leitzsey's, Suber's, Koon's and Livingston's from the Newberry, SC area. The picture above is of my maternal grandparents, Charlton Levi and Addie Melvina Koon Livingston. The lady on the right is Ida Irene Koon, Addie Melvina Koon Livingston's sister. My paternal grandparents were Arthur Gibbs and Minnie Lee Suber Leitzsey. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ "There are things that we don't want to happen but have to accept, things we don't want to know but have to learn, and people we can't live without but have to let go."~Author Unknown ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Please do not add the following to any memorials I have created:
*Death Certificates. Nine times out of ten, I have seen the death certificate. The memorial was probably created from the death certificate. This is not the place for death certificates - it is a place to honor the lives of those who have gone before us.
*Scanned obituaries/announcements. Should you have an obituary, type it in a Word format and send it to me by Suggest any other correction or addition and I'll add it to the bio giving you credit. When I see scanned obituaries on my memorials, I will ask you to remove it or I will have it deleted by FAG.
*Funeral home photo's. Please don't upload these to my memorials. FAG's guideline states: Only post photos for which you hold the copyright (meaning photos you took)! and No photos taken from other web sites!!!
Nellie Mae Cline Newton I am so sorry I forgot to put in the number so you would know to link her to her first husband who was killed in World War 11. He was David Henry Cline Their daughter honored her father in Washington, DC. As quickly as she is linked I will be most happy to remove it all. Thank You.
Thank you again Sue, I am humbled and delighted for the transfers, there were several, all my direct family or infants who never lived to have their own families. Thank you so much. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you, researching or searching the Dallas, Texas, Raleigh, North Carolina, or Richmond, Virginia, area. God Bless!
RE: Infant Son Wyant Sue thank you for the offer! These infants are my grandmother's infant siblings. I'd LOVE to have a transfer on other relatives too, if you don't mind. I'll send you the edit requests and let you know how I'm related. I really appreciate all you do VERY much. Sincerely, Kathryn
Lab Cemetery Regarding Emma Devine- I have asked nicely to have her original memorial sent to me. Nothing ! I am not removing mine because I have added more information than the previous contributor. Also, when additional info was sent to original, no information was added, and no response.
RE: Betty Beam Farnsworth Hi Sue, She was my mother. My father, Harold Dean Farnsworth is also buried at St. Marks. So are many of my family members including my grandparents, Minnie & Buford Beam and uncle Lewis Ray Beam, and my great grandparents. Thanks, Sherry
