I am 36 years old and I have been researching my family for 16 years now. I mainly do genealogical research in Jasper County, Indiana and Magoffin & Floyd counties in Kentucky. Any cemetery information I add is extremely accurate as far as those buried there and the locations pinpointed on the maps. Not only do I spend a lot of time recording and photographing cemeteries, I have a passion of restoring abandoned graveyards. Also, when I create memorials on this site, I try and to the extra mile to research the individual to add additional information from birth & death records, obits, etc.|
Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.

On behalf of all of us searching for answers, thanks for all you do to post memorials and help restore graveyards!
I'm curious about your note on this memorial that says he's the son of David Shepherd. I found a Brice Shepherd age 9 living in Floyd Co, KY in the Jacob Shepherd home. Do I have the wrong Brice? Thanks for any info you can provide!

Hello...was wondering how you are related to Elijah Conley #77872970?
His military headstone app says Powers cemetery?? Do you have something else that says Cain? I can't find anything :(

Thanks Bobby, I have been going to move them since I found out they are buried in Evaline's parents family cem. Just had not got to it yet. They are moved now.

I knew Bobbi and Woody so glad you helped get them in the right place. I wasn't able to go to their services. Thanks!

Happy to move them to the other cemetery, however, now Bobbi is NOT listed at the same cemetery as her husband Woody so that is curious ???

I think there's a sign on our part now, designating it as the Owens Adams Manuel Cemetery. We didn't put it there (another family member did), which explains my confusion.
I don't mind changing our family's entries, but is there any way to note that the cemetery was formerly part of the Jack Arnett Cemetery? I would hate for future researchers to experience confusion because the death certificates and obituaries are at odds with the new name of the cemetery. This happened in the cemetery in Virginia where my dad is buried ... it's undergone two name changes since he died in 1989, and the number of folks who will remember that X Cemetery used to be called Y Cemetery are dwindling each year. Conflicting info is the bane of all of us who are into genealogy. :) I spent 3 hours today trying to separate a tangled skein of Baker vs. Becker ....!!

The cemetery that you're referring to as the "Owens Manuel Adams" cemetery is not separate from the larger cemetery down the hill. It's all part of the Jack Barnett Branch Cemetery. I have obituaries for relatives interred there that reference it as the Jack Barnett Cemetery.
There is an Adams Cemetery, on the old road just off the Mtn Pkwy. It's behind the house where my husband grew up.
Hope this clears up any confusion! :)

It would be helpful if you could tell me who I added and to what Cemetery I added them TY
