I enjoy genealogy work and this is part of my family root research. Along the way, as time permits, I also post from our daily newspaper obits. I have received many emails from surprised family members who have found their loved ones listed on Find A Grave. Loved ones are gone, but their memories live on. With this in mind, what we do in life is a lasting memory.
Alfredo Saenz Any chance you could get a photo for me? Alfredo is at Rosehill Cemetery. He died while serving his country in Vietnam. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. Sue Waterford, Michigan
Mary Bell Dunkerley You have created a memorial for someone that already had a memorial - #83085105. You have her middle name incorrect. It was "Bell" nor "Burks". I was personal friends with Mary and it needs to be corrected. The rest of the information that you have included with your memorial is correct.
This memorial needs to be moved to the nearby San Mateo Cemetery in Brooks County. He is buried there next to his wife Micaela; see her gravestone in that cemetery.
His obituary does state that he was buried in the "Longoria cemetery" but there are actually four such cemeteries in Brooks County. San Mateo is the cemetery for the Mateo Longoria family; Mateo was Enrique's father. Obituaries and death certificates frequently do not distinguish among the four cemeteries.
