Re: Harry Nellor Many thanks for taking the time and effort to send me the West Point News funeral notice for Harry Nellor. It appears to be the same as the notice you kindly sent me on 21st January which I had thanked you for - but I still appreciate your efforts and your interest.
One unexpected benefit today was that in looking at the NELLOR memorials at Beemer again I noticed a further NELLOR memorial and I have contacted the contributor.
Re: Harry Nellor Many thanks for taking the time and effort to send me the West Point News funeral notice for Harry Nellor. As you may have noticed when you created the memorial for his wife Ida, his family originated near to my own ancestral village and may well be related to mine. Find A Grave has provided me with an opportunity to family link six generations - showing their progress from England to the gold fields of Australia and then on to Nebraska. I understand that they became well-known residents of Beemer and I am very pleased to be able to include the additional information you have kindly sent to Harry's memorial page. Best regards, David (London, England)
RE: Thaks You are welcome. I have more photos of up close, but they didn't come out to well, I am going to retake them....I will let you know when I do, there is his wife, (I believe), & I think it said David....G
Thanks Harry, you are most welcome. If you notice any further corrections or additions that need to be made, let me know. I would be glad to fix!!! I plan to go back to the cemetery next spring/summer to check a few things and note changes/additions. Gloria
Peter E Peterson I have sent edits for the birth and death dates of Peter, as per the gravestone. The obit you have posted was dated in Jan of 1919, but you have his death as Dec 1919 and it should be 1918. I have also added grave photos for all the other graves you listed for this cemetery that did not have photos. Also added a second photo to a few where the posted photo was not that clear. Trust this is fine with you. Gloria #47127317
Russell L Stone Hello! You have a memorial for Russell L Stone, WWII Vet and POW. There is another memorial for him, with a picof his grave stone: Created by: Darrell Landrum Record added: Nov 18, 2012 Find A Grave Memorial# 100877974 You both have great photos. My 95 yr old Dad served with Sgt Stone in WII. He remembers him taking leave and getting married in Jan 1945.
Arnold Hedlund I noticed that you have listed Arnold Hedlund, memorial # 15703112 with burial unknown. He is buried at Lenanon Lutheran Cemetery, Kanesholm, PA and also listed on Find A Grave there under memorial # 71007366. His first wife Sue (Esther SANDERS Hedlund) is also buried there with him.
