When I got married I somehow ended up involved in the neighborhood cemetery. Anything from mowing to hand digging graves. And in college got hooked on tombstone art in my Geography class studies on material culture. Do a slide show called "Tip toe through the tombstones".
My wife has kind of joined in so when we visit an the we always hit the local cemetery. Luckily we have two fantastic victorian cemeteries, Mt. Hope in Rochester and Forest Lawn in Buffalo about an hour away.
