This is from the web site of the Oakland cemetery:

Wopschall Pauline Blk23, L1, Sp14
BURIAL OAKLAND Date of Death 10/15/1903 Age 48
See- http://www.map.ramaker.com/IowaCity/

This is similar to other findings when the body was donated for medical research and then buried in Oakland. The Oakland record verifies a burial took place at Oakland.
The other location may be a cenotaph(memorial without a burial). Check with Elmwood Saint Joseph Cemetery to verify an actual burial of the individual.

Both memorials are mine. Now there one.

It easier to make link corrects using the edit tab on the memorial.

RE: Frank Wabschaw
Found this website that has your Frank listed as Wahska (both names have been entered into the Holy Cross cemetery but I didn't find a tombstone) http://www.pbpindiantribe.com/sub/snow/HCCemetery.htm

RE: Frank Wabschaw
You are most welcome. I even tried spelling variations but still couldn't find anything. I'm so sorry!

Duplicate entry
Thanks Al, I deleted the duplication. I entered several hundred sites in this cemetery and I'm sure there are duplicates as the names in the records I was using may be different than the name of the deceased...nicknames, etc.

RE: Ed Burke
Hi Al,

Thanks for getting back to me. Your memorial for Ed Burke is the first proof I have found that he lived in Toledo. My mom told me his wife's name was Nora.
I have some pictures of him in my Yontz family tree on Ancestry.com

Ed Burke
Thank you for the memorial for Ed Burke #55833697.
Do you have any more information on him? It looks like he is my grand uncle. He is my grandfather's brother. My grandfather was John Burke, also born in London, Ohio.
