Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a Registered Nurse and live in the Tulsa. I have done geneology on my husband's family in the Joplin area. I have recently started researching again after about a 10 year break. And I am more into it now than ever. This site has been so awesome in helping me find missing realtives and helping me "connect" known relatives.

I am extremely grateful for all the volunteer photographers and those that canvas cemeteries and put in information.

I have had a few entries transferred to me in hopes that others will contact me.

Gravestone Photo
Hello! When I was on Facebook this morning, someone posted that gravestone photo for Oscar, the very same photo, which looks like it is in the back seat of a car. Why did the person who posted this gravestone picture take it to the cemetery or to a veteran's center and get it on his grave??? On Facebook, the person said they bought/found it in a storage unit, yet it's posted on Find-A-Grave. Are they joking around? Shame on them if they think it's a joke to play with veteran's gravestones! What do you know about this? Thanks.

Nevermind, evidently the grave stone was given to family.

Are you a descendant. I found a face book post with a grave stone and people looking for the owner. I will share the post so it will be on my wall and see if I can copy the photo to send to you.

Not sure if you got my message. This man's headstone was posted on facebook by Chad Alan Dyer. It was in a storage unit that he bought and would like to return it to family

Hi,
I noticed you are managing this memorial and wonder if you know where "Sisler" is. The note says Clarence (Eugene) Coulston died in Sisler in an auto crash. Thanks!

RE: Alvin Cole
Thanks for the offer to transfer his memorial to me, but that's not necessary. If you want to though, I would be honored to maintain it.
Thanks so much,
Donna

RE: WR Abel in Park Grove
Hi, Linda. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to your message. I looked at the memorial for W.R. Able and my feeling is that it's the same as the memorial for William Roy Abel. Even though the spelling and the year of death are different, I think that's probably due to misinformation/error on the part of the memorial's creator. I would suggest deleting the memorial that you were given.

Thanks!
