I have been involved in Genealogy research for the past twenty years and joined the Find-A-Grave community about 10 years ago. I have found the experience a way of honoring those who came before us. I was born in Wheeler, New York and grew up in nearby Naples. For the most part of my adult life, I worked for Ontario County government in various positions, ie. Director of Planning, Commissioner of Social Services and Deputy County Administrator. I am now retired and live in Florida, though try to get back to the Finger Lakes in the summer.
