|My ancesters, beginning in the mid 1700s, farmed in Franklin and Adams counties, Pennsylvania. I don't live in Pennsylvania, so I am very grateful to those who give of their time and talents to photograph my ancestors' resting places.|
If I manage one of your ancestor's memorial, and you would like to manage it yourself, just let me know. For my own ancestors, if you are a closer relative, I will transfer the memorial to you.

If you would like to transfer this record I will maintain it. He is linked to a Raifsnider family I have not connected with my direct line, but still research the family for future reference.

I would like to add the photo of R P Wood's(# 58571047),his wife Lucy Dinsmore Putnam (# 58571084) & their son Charles R (# 58571121) headstones to my family tree on Ancestry. He was my 6th cousin 2x removed,not close but still family.

That is fine. I would also like any info or pictures on the Kauffman's that you might have.
|Jerry Coffman||Johan Andreas Kauffman|
I see where he is your 7th great grandfather. I am also related but I am having a hard time with the name and his fathers name. Some show Johan and others Andrew Andreas Kauffman, also his father shows Michael Kaufman or Hans Kaufman.
I would love to get the right information so my tree is correct.
Can you help me??????
PS: How do you get back to him in your family?
|Dennis Brandt||RE: Daniel Shirk Oyer|
That's what it's all about! Glad I could be of help. Have you run across Daniel's and the children's exact dates of birth?

To answer you question about the way you had the grave location written it will confuse anyone who goes looking for the grave. The way it is stated on the memorial page is the way the cemetery lists the burials. The only thing you need to add is the Grave 1 which is the exact location of the grave on the lot.

Thanks Lalita! I'm gonna try to get out there sometime within the next few weeks. My brother-in-law wants to tag along, so I have to wait till he's off.

I am trying to add a map to the Keffer Cemetery but have not found out how to do it. Do you by chance know?
I can give you general directions from Upper Strasburg, PA where I lived until I entered the Army in 1956.
