Barb's Family Tree
The memories of all our yesterdays
live in the corners of my heart,
A time spent not so long ago,
where you will forever be a part.
I tell everyone I meet how very proud I am of you,
And how Hard it was to let you go
even though I knew you'd want me to.
But now somewhere, someone is smiling
because of the joy that you could bring,
And I know after listening more closely,
it's the song of unselfishness when I hear a bird sing.
And even though you can no longer be with me,
I still feel that you are there.
Perhaps, that's the bond that goes unbroken
when a love is truly shared.
So, I'll only say farewell because in good-byes I don't believe,
For I know that time will come again
when you'll be holding hands with me.
Lorrie Neal - 2003
My sweet George was even giving after death, he gave the gift of Life to others.

You are very welcome. Have a great day.
|Dana Garrow||Crook Family|
Hi! I went ahead and transferred the family to you… even if the relation is distant.. it's more than me! They are buried next to a photo request I was hunting that day and snapped the pictures in case they were family. It makes better sense that family holds their memorials. Take care! Dana
|Dana Garrow||Vera Crook updates|
Thanks for the updates to the Crook memorial! If you are in any way related, I'd be glad to transfer her to your care… I'm not related at all. Just let me know! Blessings, Dana
I saw you left flowers on all the Stephenson family in IOOF Farmersville and the others that are buried else where and was wondering if you are related? I am trying to find the grave of Catherine aka Kate Stephenson someone said she married a Reeves( her niece) but her memory plays tricks sometimes and I cant find her past the 1920 cenus ,,,thanks so much
|Keith Garvin||John Rickman|
Thank You so much for your memorial to John Rickman who was killed in World War I. I am Keith Garvin who is the son of Clifford C Garvin. Clifford Garvin was the step son of Essie Standiford Rickman Garvin. She was married to my grandfather James Lasalle Garvin. I am on Ancestry.com and I have several memorials to relatives on Find A Grave. Do you know where Essie Standiford is buried ? I found last year James L Garvin's grave. I was only 4 years old when he died in 1950. Again, thanks for your work on Find A Grave. Keith Garvin
Thanks for the correction on her date of death; I couldn't read the date on the stone.

Barbara, You are welcome. If there is anything I can do to help with your research, or just chat, please feel free to email me anytime.
I've been my families genealogist for over 50 years, yet I am still learning. Even the simple things, such as names and where someone was born, can cause headaches; top and bottom. :-)
In friendship, Evelynne
|June Ford||martin/jacks family|
It looks as if you are part of the Martin family that my Willis family married into (maybe already part of it for all I know) in Clay and or Platte County Missouri. I couldn't trace it back for sure on Find A Grave but it seems obvious.. I think that Martin family is connected to my husband's Martins as well as to my brother-in-law's family. They came by slightly different routes, esp the brother-in-law, and I may never figure it out but would be interested in exchanging info -- even more so if you have information on Catherine Willis who lived with her daughter and son-in-law Elizabeth and Brightberry Martin in Platte Co 1870.
|Katy Carlson||Marie P. Anderson|
I am proud of the Stecker name that's my family so
I'm not trying to leave it off my Mothers marker.
It was her wish in her will and her paper work she did at Green Hills when she purchased there
that her name on her grave be Marie P. Anderson.
She is not aka Marie Phyllis " Gigs" Stecker Anderson.
" Gigs" was a nickname her Anderson grandchildren called her when they were growing up.
I am okay with removing the "Gigs" I added that
and adding also known as Marie Phyliss Stecker Anderson.
Again I am not trying to keep her maiden name off
only respect her wishes please.
|Past Hunter||Thomas Miller Mitchell, Jr.|
Would be happy to transfer him to you; not related.
