I've been researching my own family's genealogy for 12 years. I'm also a birder, and enjoy taking photos while birding cemeteries.|
I have photographed and entered memorials for several cemeteries. Contact me through the edit tab on the memorial and I'd be happy to add additional information to a memorial or transfer ownership of a memorial to you if you're related.
Any pictures I've posted can be used without my permission for genealogy related use, such as posting to your ancestry.com tree.
For those with family in the cemeteries in Fargo, North Dakota and Clay County, Minnesota. Just because they lived in Minnesota and the Social Security Death Index says their last residence was Minnesota, that doesn't mean they DIED in Minnesota. The only hospital in Moorhead, MN closed in the early 1970's, and many people who were ill and went to the hospital and died, did so in Fargo, North Dakota. Also, many Fargo/Moorhead residents over the years have gotten their health care at Mayo or in Minneapolis, and ended up dying in Hennepin County or Ramsey County, MN. And then there's those "snow birds" who spend winters in Arizona or Florida and die there. If you don't know for sure where they died, don't guess, leave it blank.

Thank you so much for posting the Clemen Kadrie's grave marker photo on his memorial. I appreciate the two photos...close-up plus the full double marker.
You are so kind to do this. Thank you!

Can you please transfer ownership of the above mentioned memorial, Janice L Jones to me. She is my mother in law, and I am at work chronicling her genealogy and have much info to add to her memorial! Thank you!! You may reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or comments!

I can spend a lot of time trying to look up siblings to connect them with their parents and I just wanted you to know what a joy it was to find the Gustafson brothers had a link to each other in their bios.
I know this takes a little extra time because on occasion I have had to do such and always wondered if it was appreciated. Now I know how much it is appreciated!
Just wanted you to know.
Thanks for your great work.

I am a Vermont Civil War buff, and am working on a project to identify the last resting place of many of our "old soldiers" that had ties to Vt. I am asking if I may use the photo's that you contributed to the memorial pages of James Burdick and I.M. Hill, to post on the Vt.C.W.site? ( www.vermontcivilwar.org)
There may be others that I haven't discovered yet.
You would receive credit for this.
Thank you for your consideration.

A for effort. But no. These particulars are not related to me. Nice work though.
