I'm happy to make transfers, corrections, add more information or links, or delete a Memorial entirely if family desires.|
If I've posted photos that you'd like removed, please let me know. Also happy to remove photos of markers if better ones are availabe.
Please note: I am not related to most of the memorials that have been transferred from Stone Seeker. She has been so kind to make transfers to me so I can add links. Please don't hesitate to ask for a transfer when you see that she has already transferred to me.
October 9, 2014 - I think I'm back again. I will try to catch up with all requests as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience through some difficult times in the last few years.

|Richard S. Clark||Obit posting - thank you!|
I see that you added the obit for Alta Mae (Reece/Reese/Rees) Willis (memorial #33062653) back in 2010. I had not seen it until now, and was amazed to see that she was a cousin of John D. Rinard! I knew that both of their mother's maiden names was Smith, but did not know they were sisters. I have several intertwined family connections. Interesting oral history there, that John's father, Dr. John Rinard Sr., was married a number of times, and accused of poisoning his wives. It was said his 5th wife, and John Jr.'s mother, Mary Smith, poisoned him instead while living in Missouri. She remarried there. I don't know if the story is true, but where Dr. Rinard was buried was later flooded to create the "Lake of the Ozarks".

|M (Dillon) Goddard||Lee Washington Barnett|
Sorry I didn't get his Memorial #.
You have him listed with Mem 54234643 which is George Washington Barnett 1857-1924 however this one never married Lee's mother. Ancestry suggests his father is GW Barnett however it is not our GW Barnett. His mother is Sarah Emily Abney.
Mem 54234643 Dianna Reed (children 1880-1889) and
Hannah Reed (children 1889-1897). There are no census showing she had any other children nor that GW married anyone else.
Just and FYI in case someone objects to me removing Lee from George's children.

Hello, I have copied the information you have listed on the memorial. I wanted to make sure that this is okay with you. I usually put them on first because I find I forget to follow up if I don't. (Getting older and more tired LOL). I will be sure to reference the information properly and give Find A Grave credit.

|Margie Hanson||Jesse Pitts At Green Hill Cemetery|
I just found your record for James H. Pitts (Memorial # 42340912) in Green Hill Cemetery, Davis, Murray County, OK. I noticed that you have a note that he is lying in rest next to Jessie Pitts. Jessie Pitts tombstone does not have birth or death dates. He was James H. Pitts' son who died just before his third birthday. He was born 11 September 1905 and died 5 September 1908. I thought you might want to add birth and death dates to the memorial #58274230.
James H. Pitts was my first cousin 3 times removed and is listed in my family tree on Ancestry.com.
Thank you so much for the work you do with Find a Grave. It helps so many people.

I am very saddened by requesting transfers from you. I have ask for transfers 3 or 4 times for a lot of my family members in which go by Find A Grave guidelines. I have done a lot of work on most of them and I am still refused the transfer. Your Bio's first words say "I'm happy to make transfers" then in Bold black letters it says "Please don't hesitate to ask for a transfer.... I have read some of your messages where other people have ask for transfers and I have looked up the memorial they requested and you refused them also. Please change your Bio if you intend to refuse all transfer request.
