I live in the Disneyland area of Orange County, CA where I have been Caregiving since 1995.
My Mother, Bonnie Jean McPheeters Schneider, had 77 Years of life and I am absolutely certain that this is what she wanted me to do after her passing. My Father was 90 before his passing in 2015 and his Sister also passed in 2010; her 1978 Olds is a good vehicle that I named "Betsy" and she provides good transportation around the Orange County vicinity. Being alone, I can't say it's bad for me after 54 Years but a Camera is not easy to get because my Cousin refuses to give me $100 and I am taking a hiatus.
Martha Mitchell I am about to fulfill your photo request but unfortunately, it is a photo of the area, only. Her grave does not have a marker (yet). Maybe there will be one in the future. It has only been a couple of months since she passed, so if you want me to, I can try back at a later date.
Sorry this was not a more positive outcome. I am always disappointed when there is no marker.
RE: Too many of these Mitchell is buried in a section that is dedicated only to infants and babies. The cemetery is very well marked and I have special maps that help me located specific locations. Good luck and thank you. Duke
Jacob Manderscheid Jacob's sister Eva Manderscheid Leppert was married to my Uncle - I don't know exacely what the relation would be-- I have alot of info on the Manderscheid's they started in the Iowa - Allamakee area & they spread out from there. Who was Lloyd the son of?
I claimed your picture for Ann. Yesterday, some guy jumped my claim, took the photo and posted it on her memorial. He also jumped others claims and posted them as well. What his purpose is for doing this is, I don't know. He is a Find a Grave contributor, and can claim them himself if he wants to. Anyway, I have already traveled to the cemetery, taken the photo, and intend to post it later today. Let me know how you want to handle this.
Photo request. A check of the cemetery's online grave locater indicates that Frances Crum is not buried there; she is still alive. A you can see from the inactive member's note on Frances's memorial, they created Frances's memorial as a pre-need (still living) memorial, which is, of course, against Find A Grave's policy. Just thought you might like to know that.
Thank you! Thank you for taking photos in Anaheim for me! I wish there was more to the inscription but it is neat to see Pearl E (Griffith) Short, my great grandmother's resting place was right in the middle of her two sisters, Maude Griffith and Rena (Griffith) Loveless. Thank you so much! Stacie D.
