I got started in genealogy in 1996 after nearly losing 25 years of work by my parents in a fire. I am now a genealogy addict.|
If I am able to help someone in their research, it gives me great joy. Although I currently live in northeast Oklahoma, I have done research in parts of west Texas as well. I hope someday to get all the records and pictures from my journeys online.
Please feel free to use the information/photos I post to further or add to your research or genealogy records you are creating. Happy searching.
I owe so much to those who have provided their research and records online. Thank you.

I have transferred Lyman into your care. I am hoping that you will update his memorial with more complete info and add an interesting bio for him. I love when family can "claim" their relatives on Find A Grave. Happy hunting!

Hi, my name is Patty. I am looking for my grandfather's mom's dad. My grandfathers name is Carroll Eugene Deck born 9/30/1907 in Corpus Christi, Tx Neuces county. We are supposed to have Mississippi Chowtaw indian. I think the name is William Rance Crummy. He was full blood. As far as I know they did not turn the paperwork back in. Is there any way we could prove that he was full blood and possibly get a roll number.if you could help that would be great. Thank you!
Hello Marcy, My name is Sheri Raleigh and I am the Granddaughter of Eula Pauline Slape Loftin. The daughter of Riley Slape. I know nothing of my Great Grandfather. Except where he died and is buried. My Father and Aunt don't want to talk about him. He wasn't a nice person apparently. I do have a copy of the Smith side genealogy but nothing about the Slape side. I was hoping you could tell me something, anything please. Even though he might have been mean he is still blood. Thank you. Sheri

I saw your flower note on Solomon Clay and his wife Sarah Collins Clay about your relationship. Can you tell me anything about a brother of Solomon named James Clay? I believe the brothers were from Ohio, but not sure what county in Ohio. I cannot find a gravesite for James Clay. He may be buried in Lafayette Co Missouri. James was a younger brother, I believe.

I just wondered if he was buried on the farm land. Especially, since I couldn't find a death certificate anywhere in Oklahoma. I surely appreciate all of your hard work.
