I love doing research on my family. It doesn't have to be just the Manahl lineage. I like to know about all the other branches.
I'm still a firm believer in RAK, even though I've found that others don't feel the same way. FAG is supposed to be a place to honor the dead, not a contest to see how many graves you can add and own.
I also detest ignorant people, who when online, find it's okay to harass others. Just because you're behind a computer, it doesn't mean you need to be an ass. Talk to someone the way you would want them to talk to you.
Any photos I take of gravestones, you're free to add them to your ancestry sites or whatever. I don't collect peoples graves, I take the photos to help preserve history and help others with genealogy.
Marguerite Gibson Thank you for helping us find a cousin by adding her to the Find A Grave site. It answered many questions. I was wondering if you could add her father's number to her page so she is listed her siblings. His name is John Potts # 46364828 and rests in New Cathedral with is parents. Still can't locate her mother but we are not giving up on her. Marguerite was first married to Fred Maas also in that cememtery. Later she married Mr. Gibson. I heard she was severely injured in a fire but have not found any record of it. Thanks for your help. Eileen
Geo Washington Jones, Jr. 43953461 Thank you so much for photographing his headstone! His wife just died and do you know what a pain it would be to search through all the persons named "George Jones" to find Sidney's spouse?
But thanks to your photo, I found it right away. Much appreciated.
Husband and wife are now linked so if you would, please share the photo to George's wife's page. Thank you.
Strimples Hi wondering if you are related to the Strimple family that you have added. They are buried in First Baptist Church Cemetery at Pedricktown,Salem Co.They are one of my family lines I am working on. Tina Mallory
I am interested in your memorial of Rebecca T. Smith, Find A Grave Memorial# 55354764, buried at Saint Georges Episcopal Church Cemetery, Pennsville, Salem County, New Jersey, USA. Your photos shown a gravestone marked "Daughter." Do you have any information on her parents, or is she buried in a family plot with other family members? I am researching the TURNPAUGH FAMILY & have reason to believe the middle initial "T" is for TURNPAUGH. There is differing opinions as to whether she was an ALE by birth, who married a TURNPAUGH, or whether she was a TURNPAUGH by birth. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated & kudos on your thoughts expressed on your Find A Grave profile, especially those concerning your photographs - I agree completely! Thank you!
Charles A Brandt Do you want to me to transfer Mary Brandt's husband to you? Mary's grave is in New Joseph's Cemetery http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=1966341&CScn=new+saint+josephs& though this is very confusing on Find a Grave. I'm working on getting it corrected.
