Maggie Sheets
I am looking for information for a Maggie Sheets who was married to an Andrew Sheets I believe. I am her daughter Dacie Spicer's granddaughter. I am trying to finish my family tree. Also do you know the name of her parents.

RE: Sheets photos
You are very welcome. I would have gotten them much sooner but they were not on mount olive cemetery request list. It was only after I added them to mount olive that I saw that it was a separate cemetery.

Sarah "Sally" McClure
The following grave is incorrect.

Find A Grave Memorial# 44907881

Sarah 'Sally' McClure's maiden name is Rouse not Blevins. Her son Jasper Eleazer McClure's Death Certificate show her maiden name, Sally Rouse. She is the daughter of Paulser Rouse Jr., (Find A Grave Memorial# 45538521), and Sarah 'Sally' Clauson.

I am the 3rd Great Grandson of Sarah 'Sally' (Rouse) McClure.

Sarah Ann DeBord Whited
You a beautiful old old old headstone picture of Sarah Ann DeBord Whited. Sarah is a relative of mine on my father's side. May I use this picture on my family tree on ancestry. I will absolutely give you credit for taking it. Great job.

Sheets Cemetery Decoration
Just checking to see if the decoration is scheduled this year as planned on the first Sunday in September. Some of my relatives from Virginia and I are thinking about coming down for it and I wanted to see if you knew of any changes for this year. Also, is the driveway off the Blue Ridge Parkway the only entrance, or is there a better way to get into the cemetery? Thanks for your help, Lois Tilson

Ricky,
The headstone that you have for her is actually for her son, Edgar Winfield Boggs. I checked his birth and death info and it is definitely for her. If this is her headstone then she had a child a couple years before she was born--that's a great mystery all together. Just wanted to pass this along to you.

Aley Hubbard Miller
Ricky,
I have been trying to help people understand that Aley Miller and her daughter and son, Josephine and Elihu, are not buried at Kelly's Chapel Cemetery. I don't even believe the area they are buried in is in Washington Co., but it is in Smyth County. I may be wrong about that because I haven't been there in a long time, but we can see from the photos you uploaded to her memorial that it is not in a chapel's cemetery.

Now, please correct me if I'm wrong about this. I have been to the grave several times. It is in a corn field. I believe the land once was owned by Josephine and her husband and they moved there after George Washington Miller was killed.

I think if someone wanted to find the grave sites, they will be sadly disappointed if they go to Kelly's Chapel Cemetery and can't find them. Please help me to think this through. I am on the right path, aren't I?

Thanks for listening to me. I just want it to be correct.
Linda
