I am a Retired Sailor. I enjoy looking for "Stones" in my quest to find my ancestors and to help others. You have my permission to use any headstone marker photo I have taken so long as it is NOT for a commerical venture.|
Generally, I will only transfer memorials within Find A Grave guidelines. To request a transfer, use the suggest a correction link on the "Edit" tab for the memorial you are requesting. Please include your relation to the person you are requesting.
Find a Grave has implemented a new way to submit Edits! Unfortunately, there are far too many members for Find a Grave to notify everyone via email, so it's up to us to get the word out. If every member posts this message (or similar) in their profile, hopefully we can help spread the word.
To suggest a correction (SAC) click on the edit tab of the memorial that needs to be corrected. Then click on the link which best describes where your edit should occur. Enter your correction, when you're done, click submit edit. Your request will be sent to the manager of the memorial and will appear in the managers' profile under the Edits tab.
Managers will no longer receive emails. They must go directly to their profile page and click on the Edits tab. Managers can approve, deny or ignore, suggested corrections. It's quick and easy!
Requesting a transfer, adding family links, or other corrections are still handled the same way. Click on "suggest any other correction or addition," type your message and press "send this message." The manager of the memorial will receive an email.

|Sherlock Tombs||Cabell Bryant|
Thank you so much for the Cabell Bryant photo in Forest Lawn.
I really appreciate the help tying the families together.
|Heritage||Wyatt Photos at Forest Lawn Memorial Park|
Thank you for responding so quickly with the photos. It means so much to the descendants! The Wyatt name has been used as a middle name by descendants for several generations but this generation (in Chicago) did not know where the patriarch was buried. He was an earlier pioneer in the lumber business coming from Canada to Michigan, briefly in Chicago and then Omaha. Thank you for reconnecting the family!

A few words - but sincere THANKS for taking the time to both take the picture of Dorthy and Robert Sproul's memorial and for uploading to F.A.G. Best wishes!
Thanks for the correction for Emma and all that you do for this website.

Thank you Don for taking the time to get these photos. Much appreciated. Would you look at the one for Meta, daughter to Emma. It appear to be the same stone. Do you know if Emma had her own stone? Thanks for including the entire family.
