Yes, Dr. Eugene Foster is buried at Magnolia ID Card # D92 Section: BURIED CENTER OF E. FOSTER SEC. # E689 - BETWEEN 9TH & 10TH STS & EAST OF DE L'AIGLE AVE.
If you have access to Newsbank (Augusta Chronicles old newspaper) his obit gives reference to his parents and some pretty outstanding work Dr. Foster accomplished during his life.
I did find the grave of Frank Leslie Foster - his tombstone reads he was seventeen months old.. Magnolia Cemetery records state he was a year old... I am assuming he was born October 1855?

Hi Steve the children listed for both Eleanor and John Foster (both buried at Magnolia in Augusta) leave out their son Dr. Eugene Foster who was born 7 April 1880, Augusta Richmond County, Georgia Died 23 January 1907, Augusta Richmond County, Georgia. There were several big write ups in the Augusta Chronicle. (tell about his funeral where over 1000 attended,etc.) (January 24, 1903 page 8 and even articles printed in February of that same year....
You have a Frank Leslie Foster I do not that name in my records.. I believe they only had 12 children.... and only 3 were living when Jane Eleanor died in 1891.. her son Clay died just 6 months before she died.

Jane Eleanor Martin Zinn Foster was my 4 great aunt

I live right across the river from Magnolia. I am happy to make another trip over there for you. Are you aware that Augusta has an ongoing project to put all burial at Magnolia, Westview, Cedar Grove etc. online? I looked for all of the names you listed but didn't find any of them. They are far from finished, so I will write them down and take them with me for next time. About Anne Kean, I am also going to see if they have any info for her a the office. There are two Anna/Annie Keans listed online so far and they were both very young, so not her. The only Kean in Richmond Co. that I could find with a birth age even close to hers was a Charity Kean in 1880, mulatto. I tried King and Cain also.

I photographed all graves on Dr. W.H. Fosters section at Magnolia. There is an Anne Kean buried with the family. I wanted to let you know.

You are very welcome!

I corrected the date. Are you related to this person?

I just added the tombstone pictures for John and Sarah Moon, Austin Cemetery, Cass County, Missouri. You could barely read the stone, but it gives you an idea of what it looked like.
|Lisa Engle Herdahl||Thomas J Zinn|
I took the picture of Birdie Zinn b 1894 d 1975 on the same stone and I am assuming they are married is Thamar J Zinn (not Thomas J) the dates on the stone are born April 12, 1884 died Oct 30, 1972. The only other Zinn in the cemetery we could find was that of Elson E. Jr. son of Rev & Mrs. E. E. Zinn.
I added Thamar J. Zinn all ready to the cemetery. Could we have a major miss spell on the grave marker??
|Portia Solomon||Andrew Jackson Zinn|
My second great grand aunt, Emily L. Hays, married Andrew Jackson Zinn (1859-1938). I have their children as Dixie May Zinn, Jennie Lee Zinn, and Sim Rome Zinn. I would like more information on them if you have it. Thanks!
Hello again. I think there may be a typo on Elzan Zinn's memorial. It shows born 1993, died 1969. Just happened to notice it and thought you'd want to check it out. Thanks!
