I see that Christina Schoneman's listing for Meadow Lawn Cemetery in Manito, IL. has her death on 12/25/1891. I don't see those dated on her tombstone. Can you check the reading on her tombstone? Thanks, John

Glad I could help out in a small way... :)
I just wanted to let you know that I put an edit request in for the above memorial #. I noticed that you had her father listed as Arthur Hartsock, but it was actually Curtner Carl Hartsock. I put in the edit request to link her parents. They are also buried in Tazewell County.
Thanks so much,

I believe this is the grave of my dads' biological father. we have been searching for him for years. My grandmother left him when my pops was 4 months old. He was a worker for the PEoria Foundry and they lived in one of the row houses for the foundry employees. I have found his obituary and info for him up to 1950. This Philip Yaeger appears to be the man I am seeking. My pops did not know that his father was still alive or searching for him until after he returned from the ai foce and by then it was to late. If this is the correct man, he died 2 days after my mother married my father. I am in the pocess of getting a stone or plaque for his grave and would love for you to transfer management to me.

This afternoon I checked the Sloan Cemetery Directory and found a listing for a "Lars Neestrom" burial. I couldn't locate a marker where the directory indicated it should be. Perhaps there is more than one spelling of the surname. There were no "Nystrom" burials listed. Sorry I couldn't find anything more.
