I am helping a friend find the physical location of her mother's gravestone. You took the photo of Alice Schrack 113738451
What is the location at Pavonia Cemetery Ohio?

Thank you for all the hardwork you have put into this. I really didn't know much from my father's side. Wayne "Pete" Wood was his half-brother.
I am not sure of the tact of something of this nature, but I would like to contact you regarding the Wood family. I don't really know anything about that side. If it is possible, please reach out. I'm hesitant to leave my email address out where anyone could find it, though. If there is a way to private message, I will gladly provide it.

My mom told me are related, but now that she has passed, I don't know how we are related. I have been sick and have not had the time to ask my aunt, as she has been in the hospital in Ashland since Feb. Durning her last 3 operations she has lost a lot of her memory.

No, Sharon. I am not related to the Shoups. I just take a lot of cemetery pictures and find as much info on them as possible through the local papers and Ancestry.com, of which I am a member. If their profile has already been made and pictures already taken, I am apt to place a token on their page because I visited the grave.

Mary was already listed Find A Grave # 32176421 in 2008. I had her listed under Higbee-Wilson

Maybe someday, someone will send me an edit with more information. Thanks for your help Helen
|Theron & Helen Smith||Alberta Allen Clark|
Hi Sharon, If you read the obituary that I have for Alberta, I have added (ALLEN) after her name in my memorial, which, to me, means that was her name when she married her first husband. Since the obit is from 2011, I can't go back to verify anything from the funeral home. I could not find her obit on google. (And I think the funeral home is closed).
BUT, we did look up on the Social Security Index on Ancestry.com and she drew her social security under the name CLARK.
I wish they had added Mr. Clark's first name. Can't verify much without that. In my mind, she was married twice.
If she is a relative of yours, or even a good friend, please take (copy & paste) her obituary from my memorial and paste it into yours. She is not related to us.
It is not unusual for people to put both names on a tombstone when they buy it. (We have done that) But when one of them dies and remarries, they are buried with their FIRST spouse, because they have children together, and probably the first marriage was the longest...not always, of course.
You do whatever you want with her memorial. It will not make any difference to us. Just happy to have duplication fixed. But please let us know what you decide.
Sorry for the length. I tried your email and it didn't go through.
