Bio

6/29/2010 -
Life has changed a lot since I first wrote in this bio section. My loving soul mate Gerald went to be with the Lord on November 1, 2009. My life has not been the same since that morning. It gets harder everyday to deal with my loss. I know Gerald is with Jesus and no longer in pain but I still miss him with all of my heart. I look forward to the day Jesus calls me home to be with all my loved ones that have gone on before...

I am a military brat that settled back in my home state of West Virginia. I have been married to my husband Gerald for almost 20 years. I am the mother of 3 wonderful daughters. Tara, 24 years old, is a RN at Cabell Huntington in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Heather, 19 years old, works at Women & Children's Hospital CAMC in Charleston and is planning on going away to college again this fall. Amber, 16 years old, is a sophmore in High School at Herbert Hoover. I am no longer able to work outside of the home so I love spending time on the computer meeting people and learning new things. I am very new to this wen site but am enjoying finding new info about family and friends and adding pictures for others to enjoy. Please email me sometime, I would love to get to know others doing things with this new site. We love the Lord and doing things to glorify His name. I guess what drew me to this site was when my cousin Vera sent me a link to my Granny's page. Irene Burdette. Granny was the absolute most important person in my entire life and my world has not been the same since she went to heaven. I miss her more than words will ever be able to express. I look forward to the day when I will get to see her again. In the meantime I am trying to enjoy everything life brings my way.
