Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired professional aerial photographer, and served the federal government as an aviation inspector, retiring in 2003. In legal terms, photographs are copyright protected, but this bio is your authority to use my Find-a-grave photos to share with family and use for purposes of genealogy without compensation.
For transfers, I try to follow the guidelines established by Find-a-grave. That is parent, grandparent and great, great grandparent. and child, grandchild and great, great grandchild. If you request a transfer, you need to identify your relation to the deceased
I am really enjoying working with Find-a-grave doing photo request for this area. I also plan to travel frequently walking cemeteries around the country fulfilling photo request in areas where nobody is doing it.

Just a note that this is a duplicate memorial. My uncle has already created a memorial for my grandmother. I would appreciate if you would delete. Thank you so much.

P.S. I appreciate your memorials for some of my other family members.

Memorial #8510313: His wife is listed as Della Mae Waters. A photo has been added by John and Meg Anderson showing a double headstone for William Taylor and Della Mae. Waters. But there is no memorial for her and a search of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana comes up with nothing. Is she not listed in the cemetery records?

RE: Claimed Photo request

You are correct I didn't know about the claim thing but I also read that anyone could take photos and submit them. I am really not sure where the problem lies as long as the end result is that the requested photos were taken and presented to the loved ones of the deceased.

In any case didn't mean to step on your toes, so to say, but if you are in the area also and have the same passion for genealogy and the preservation of such historical things then maybe in the future we can work together.

When I read that someone needed a picture of their loved ones graves my initial instinct was just to go take it.

I assure you I do not get into competitions on such matters as they are personal to me. I want people to be involved with the preservation of their ancestors resting places as they are so easily forgotten.

Hello Lee, While researching Pat, I found that her husband had been listed in the wrong cemetery. That is why I placed her obit there and connected her to him. I have known the family for years and am so sorry that I place Pat in the wrong place. Please feel free to put your back on New Hope or I can copy and replace. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Advise me what you would like to do. Glenita Guthrie

Lee, this funeral does this quite often anymore. I am sure that Pat is buried in the Stilwell cemetery with her husband. Her husband's family is buried in New Hope near Chance, OK. I will double check to make sure and let you know.
