I have been working on genealogy since 1987, the day of my father's funeral to be exact. A letter arrived that day from whom is now a much loved distant cousin from a family branch we never knew existed. Needless to say I was hooked and wished ever so much that my father had been there to read that letter. It would have thrilled him no end. I am handicapped and no longer drive so I can't take photos anymore but when my daughter is old enough to have a car and drive we will be back out there helping take those photographs whenever we can. She loves to find graves and she loves to take pictures. A big plus for me!
