Hi, he is at Restlawn Park Cemetery, 4020 Highway 90, Avondale, LA 70094

My mother, Kenneth's wife of 55 years, is also there, as is my brother, Kenneth G. West Jr.

Emma C Black # 29665124
I was wondering if you would take another look at this memorial. The 1880 Census says Emma C. Black was the wife of George Black - not his daughter. I know George Black's 1st wife, Drusilla, is listed as dying in 1881. But when I look at her headstone, it looks like it 'could' be 1871?

Emma's birth year would be right on the 1880 Census - but it says she was born in Ohio...not New York. "Emma C & George W Black" were living in Albion, Noble, Indiana in 1880. This George was born 'abt 1808' according to the Census. So it seems likely to me these are the same people - but maybe you have better info? Emma appears again in Albion, Indiana in the 1900 Census as a widow.

From there I'm not sure...but there is a Emma Black (the widow of Geo W Black) living in Fort Wayne, Indiana in 1922!

I'm not sure if you have access to information I don't have, or if the information on the memorial came through edits. Or maybe you don't remember.... I guess I just wanted to make you aware. If I'm wrong, I apologize.

Barbara Loudenback Riggs
Hello Annis. I hope you can help me with a puzzle I have on Memorial # 25093682 for Barbary Riggs date of birth April 4, 1811. There's a photo of the tombstone but dates are unreadable on it. Also on the memorial is link to her siblings including Elizabeth Retherford born Feb 25, 1811 Memorial #25946345. Does someone have actual record showing their births because I can't see both of them having been born 2 months apart.

Thanks for putting up the memorial. The Louderback & Riggs families are my grandson's maternal ancestor lines.

Edits on your tabs
Good morning, I tried to leave edits on tabs and apparently there are already edits requested from a different member.
Thank you for checking them, I will try again in a few days to see if the info I was going to request is what was submitted.

Thank you,

Catherine Earhart parents
I was surprised and pleased that you had identified Catherine Simon as being a daughter of Catherine Earhart. I am related through her sister, Sarah. Catherine (the mother) is a hero because moved to Indiana at such an elderly age. Most pleasing is that you have identified Catherine Earhart Simon's father as Peter Sr and her mothers maiden name as "Houser". These are two completely new pieces of information--Wow! Not doubting, but may I ask the source of this new information and do you have more info on other Houser family members? For us that live so far away from the areas of our ancestors, we so appreciate all this information and your interest.
