I am retired, 79 yrs old, live in San Benito, South Texas.|
I started adding mostly my relatives and connections. Feel free to contact me if you want more information on them. More recently I have added entire cemeteries. Please also feel free to contact me and let me know if I have posted an error, or if you want to add something to one of my postings.
The summer of 2011 I took 1900 gravestone photos in cemeteries in South Dakota where many cousins are buried. Nov 2012 I finished posting them all.
I will transfer ownership if I have one of your close family and you wish to maintain it. If you want to request a transfer or a correction, please use the edit feature on the memorial. That saves me a lot of time finding them, and gives me your number.

I'm sure I'm related to the Neugebauers, My sister has gone to Calif. several times over the last 10 years to visit our Aunt Elsa who passed last year at the age of around 93. She was married to a Paul Wrinn I believe. She gave us a signed book , Memories of a Pioneer Daughter", by Pauline Misterek who was Christian Neugebauer's father. Signed in 1985. Paul Neugebauer's daughter , Mary, married Ed Frey, whose my Grandfather. ....... Scott

Have you looked in familysearch.org recently. They have added lots of marriage, birth and death records. They have a pretty good search system also, much improved from the simple page that it used to be. I entered Backhaus in Iowa and saw quite a few records there. Katherine

George, my name is Linda and I am the one who is getting the information on the Whitneys in the Macomb Center Cem. in Michigan. I have found your tree and realize that I have some you will want. I am from the Stroup family but not on this line. But, what the heck. So far I have found 7 children for Isaac Sr. and Susan. And for 5 of them, marriages and some children. You said you are 75, well I am right behind you and really do not want to go on down with the Whitneys as I have my hands full now. I would however like to talk to you. My email is listed here so will you email me and I then will give you my phone number. Thanks for reading this.

I have added the coordinates you sent me to the Anaquitas Cemetery. Thank you for your work.
I did add La Palma Cemetery to find a Grave. No one had and my GG-Grandfather is buried there and a few other relatives.

The individual stone are all in a row on either side of the large monument. The small stones are covered with black moss etc and you can hardly read them. I have some cleaner on the way that is very good at removing that crud, and will not hurt the stone in any way. I have sprayed the stones once and that didn't do it. I will give them a second cleaning this s pring. At that time I will photo each head stone and place the pics on the appropriate site.
The next photo will be taken of the large stone very soon. The shade has now left and on a sunshiny day the picture will be of excellent quality. I'm not pleased with the present one.
The cleaning solution is called (Wet and Forget). I had it specially ordered at True Valu.
Have a great Hoiday season.
