I am "trying" to find a start to my grandmother mother's family. I saw the following post and wondered if you were related to Laura? I do not know what my Joseph Sanders wife's name was but this guy was born about the right time and in abt the right location. My Joseph Sanders had siblings named H.A., Margaret, Earnest, and Mary Elizabeth. The parents "may have been" W.C. and Addie Sanders? Please let me know if these folks fit into your research if you are related. If no relation...I apologize in advance. Many Thanks! Debbie in OK.
Joseph Lee Sanders
Birth: Sep. 1, 1883

Well it's taken me a year to find your request. I thought it was in my Ancestry mail so I kept checking to see if you re-requested the photo of the grave site in Alpine, CA.
Well, long story short, I have moved back to CA. and go to Alpine regularly. If you are still seeking a photo from the Alpine cemetary I am happy to take it and post it for you.
If I'm too late and you already have, my apologies for loosing you!

Michael I guess you are asking about Myrta Humphrey Eiffert. If so her name is Myrta not Myrtle as on her memorial. This is my Grandfathers sister. I checked when I first started working on the family tree my Dad did not know as he was just 3 when she passed but his Aunt Katie who was her sister verified for me. Now that they have the new way to make corrections I will put that in for her.

Hi, We just looked for Sarah Orr (both of them) in Wimmer cemetery, we found Robert her husband but it is black and very hard to read. Whenever I get to the Auburn library I will look for into on this family. There are Orr's buried in Auburn Cemetery as well. Also there is a facebook page called "Friends of Wimmer Cemetery" who may be able to help you. Best Wishes, Connie and Wayne Clark

There actually is NOT a marker for Virgie Lee Orr. She is buried in the Garden of Love next to Homer H. Orr (also no marker). Location is section 6 block 5 lot 61. I did add pictures of the monument and dedications they have for the people buried in the Garden of Love and added the GPS location for the general area of where she is buried.
Sorry I couldn't help more.

Found a William D Almy born in 1934, married Betty McVay on 27 Jan 1995 in Tarrant County, Texas. Bluebonnet Hills is not very forthcoming with locations. I did find Betty buried with her first husband. Do you have complete birth and death information and I will inquire with Bluebonnet? I have had requests in with them for over three months on locations. There are over 12,000 buried there so unless you know specifics it is hard to locate headstones.

I'll make an attempt to photograph this site in the next day or so. Many graves in plot 28 (one of the oldest sections of Madronia Cemetery) do not have markers. Do you know if this one has a marker?

Hi. I have received the request from F-A-G to photo the grave of this person. This is a huge cemetery, and I will have to contact the caretakers to find the grave. I am unable to start on this any time soon, and for that reason I am not actually claiming the project, but I nevertheless wanted you to know that I will eventually get to it. Stephen Agard
