Bio Photo I am originally from Dawson County Nebraska. I currently live in Kansas City, Missouri. I enjoy genealogy, especially Irish genealogy because not very many take the time to record it.

Kearney's in Dawson County
Thanks for linking him to his mother. I've found another son: Michael: 103061044. He is with his mother Margaret (Kinney) Kearney on the Nebraska state census and also on the 1880 census living in Dawson County. On the 1910 census, he is living with wife Bridget and daughter Mary. This census shows he immigrated in 1867. Hopefully Mike/Michael came with his mother Margaret.

It truly is amazing how one little clue opens so many windows!

Best regards,

RE: Harvey Wells
Yea! Thank you. We finished photographing the Overton cemetery and started on St. Ann's. Will finish as weather permits. It will take me awhile before I get to St. Anns as there are so many in Overton that do not have memorial pages, so it is taking me longer. Marietta

I'm sorry I don't have any further information on John Blue that I can give you. He was somehow related to a cousin of mine.

Thanks for the photo of his grave! Was there a REV WAR marker next to the stone?
Best regards,

Hi Barbara,
Yes, I have a memorial for him at Evergreen here:

The memorial has a photo of his grave and also some photographs of him too, which were sent to me by another descendant.
Best regards,
