I apologize! The maiden name of the second wife was Bens - but that doesnít change your contradiction! Iíd say the parentsí names would be correct as Iíve not located anything else about Lena.

You contradict yourself! You have her maiden name different from the surname of her parents, the latter being apt to be correct while the former was more likely the maiden name of her spouseís second wife.
The second sentence of my previous message of today should read
"Jennie Pearl Burson Powell is NOT among the siblings of Nellie Mae Burson on the Find A Grave site for their mother, Elizabeth Jane Rudolph Burson."
|Duane Smith||Nellie Mae Burson|
Jennie Pearl Burson Powell (36191011)
was a sister of Nellie Mae Burson (Mae aka May).
Jennie Pearl Burson Powell is NOT among the siblings for Nellie Mae Burson on the latter's
Find A Grave site.
Nor, are the 3 siblings of Jennie Pearl Burson Powell listed on her site.
Both sites could be substantially improved if these omissions were corrected.
(To the best of my limited knowledge, both sites are correct for the information that they do contain. As their great-nephew or grandson, I met each of the 4 siblings in my life.)
Jennie Pearl Burson Powell was the aunt of my mother, Thelma Fern Smith Smith, daughter of Nellie. I can remember meeting "Aunt Pearl" (and her daughter) only once, each, in my life. "Jennie" was a surprise to me. She was always known as "Aunt Pearl" in my family.
This message may also be found on the site for Jennie Pearl Burson Powell (36191011). Curiously, Cheryl made a contribution to her site about her second husband.
THANKS, Cheryl. Delighted by your entries!
You are welcome. Glad to be able to locate them and get them in the proper cemetery.

|j-c clouet||2 Lt Herbert Reiner,|
I have seen that you were maintaining the H.Reiner's grave.I am French, my name is Jean-Claude and I have been a Find A Grave member for 3 years, eight months. I am also a member of the French association ANSA 39-45 which goal is to honor the allied airmen who have given their all for our freedom. Per chance Herbert Reiner who flew with the 36th FG, 53th FS crashed close to the place were we live. In 2010 Herbert's family members were led to the very crash site by ANSA. Tell me Cheryl if you are connected to his family? I was thinking so because of the photo of Herbert and his sister you have added on Find A Grave. If you want more details, feel free to contact me. JC
