I have been into Genealogy since 1999, but have not been ACTIVE since about 2009. I have no formal "training" but I have been very successful in working my own family tree, both through my own hard work, and of course the great and random acts of genealogy kindness of others. This is why I joined here at Find A Grave - I believe more of us should give to help others in their ancestor and family tree research.

The world is a large place. It's impossible to be in every nook & cranny of our ancestors to find "proof" of their past existence. I am more than happy to help provide that proof, in any way I can. Driving to a local cemetery and taking a few photos is easy compared to the work we do to name, find and claim the ancestors in the first place :)
