I am not a collector of memorials - the number means nothing to me if I don't know who the person is and something of their life. I am a family history researcher.

The only memorials that I seek, maintain, and keep are memorials of those people that are my relatives or the relatives of my husband.

I welcome corrections/additions within reason. In effort to maintain accuracy I ask that you not waste your time or mine and only submit information that can be proven with a verifiable source. Please provide that source when asking for corrections/additions.

When I just a little girl, I use to love to visit the cemetery and take all the flowers that I could carry in my arms, to place on the grave sites of my family members, some of them I had never met.

Now, there are so many of our combined family at the "cemetery" that I could never have enough flowers to leave for them all but, I still visit when I am able and I treasure that special quiet time of reflection of those I still hold dear to my heart.

These are all part of my family...these are all part of my own personal legacy.
