Bio

You know you are past your prime when you realize that your parents were not born in this century or the one before it.
It seems children do not care to know about their families until there is no one around to ask.
For that reason, I have been using my time, while I have the health, to mark as much of my family as I can in this new medium. Some day some child will ask a question that mom can not answer, but she will send that child to findagrave.com.
I studied Agriculture in my younger days, served 9 years in the USAF, 30 years as a typographer and when my eyes went and carpal tunel got me, I took up my avocation. I worked as a stone mason and perennial landscaper, making special water gardens with stone accents, walks and walls.
Illness, first of my wife and then me slowed the body down to walking a dog and working on the computer. It is good to keep the mind busy so it don't dwell on the body.
P.S. I picked a picture somewhere in the middle, not young and not old. I'm not trying to be deceitful.
