There is no marker on his grave so I posted an area shot, he is the only person in Lot 1547 of Fidelity without a marker. I listed the names of the people around him in the caption of the area shot so you can verify the plot numbers and that he in fact has no marker
I added a photo of Charles and wanted to give you a heads up since you manage his grave page. I had a copy of the photo - unlabeled - in a family album I just inherited. A great-nephew of Charles was able to identify the picture.
