Bio Photo If you have time, and feel so inclined, I'd appreciate you stopping by my son
Wayne's memorial and leaving flowers.

I am recently retired and enjoy spending my time with my beautiful wife and and having fun with the grand-kids.

My wife has always kidded me that we can't drive by a cemetery without stopping. I'm discovering that Find A Grave is a natural extension of that idiosyncrasy.

Please use the edit feature within the memorial to let me know of any corrections/additions to my listings so that I may make the changes.

I am generally pretty liberal with transferring memorials, however I reserve the right to adhere to Find A Grave guidelines (direct-line, four generations).

Hi Bruce,
Thank you for all the time and effort you put into Find A Grave. There is no measuring the meaningfulness of such a work. If you would please transfer the management of my brother's memorial to me, I would be grateful. My Find A Grave number is #47403143. His memorial number is 103153791.

Bruce, thanks for the edits. Midlred has also been transferred to you also . I figure people who edit my memorials care more about them then I do and I don't worry about verifying information. Take care.

RE: Your Son
Thank you, Bruce. I appreciate the Marin article, I hadn't seen that one before. My dad was only 41, not 46. My mom was 39. She never remarried. I am the oldest of eight children, seven living. We never talked about Dad. I think we all wanted to hold out hope that he would come home. I do already have the newspaper article from the Richmond Independent.
Gone too soon, just like your son, but never forgotten.
Helen
