Bio

On a long-term quest to document the descendants of Thomas and Elizabeth Ducklow. They are the ancestral grandparents of nearly everyone sharing the Ducklow surname in the United States. Thomas and Elizabeth came to Dodge County Wisconsin in the mid-1840s and created a pioneer farm from wilderness. Together they had 13 children, 11 of which lived to adulthood and 8 of which went on to have children themselves. Today the number of known descendants is greater than 1000 and over 500 spouses.

Many cousins have told stories which I have written down and share in an on-line site. If you are interested in Ducklow family history, or believe you may be a descendant of Thomas and Elizabeth, you may want to check out the Ducklow family history blog at www.irishtree.blogspot.com
