|A retired pharmacist, I live in Somerset Center, Hillsdale Co., MI and |
am an avid genealogy researcher, particularly of the Larzelere and McDermott families as well as descendants of the "Canada Settlement" families of Illinois. Due to health problems I am no longer able to get out to cemeteries on a regular basis. I will check the photo requests for various cemeteries in eastern Hillsdale Co. and western Lenawee Co. on a "when able" basis.
Please contact me by E-mail with any additions or corrections desired on individual memorials, or to request transferring memorials. I am willing to transfer the maintenance of any memorials except those I am related to, so long as the request is made within FAG standards, which are (Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.) Please include your volunteer number when requesting a transfer.
A SPECIAL THANKS TO BRIAN DESERMIA FOR THE WORK OF GATHERING AND FORWARDING ADDITIONAL INFO ON NEARLY ALL INTERMENTS IN RIVERSIDE CEMETERY IN CLINTON, MICHIGAN, as well as to all persons who have sent additional info for memorials I have posted. It is all greatly appreciated.

|Jeannie Ryckman Slater||more info.|
The stone I speak of is Clinton Kelly in Aten Cemetery.
|Jeannie Ryckman Slater||restored stone|
I have had this stone restored professionally. Would you like me to post a new picture?

Thanks Keith. You do wonderful work.

Ok Keith it's yours now! We will see if Find A Grave lets you delete it. . .
|Diane Mills||Marjorie Wellnitz my Mom at Hudson duplicate memorial|
Keith, I can't do it myself--you have to be logged in and you have to do it, that's what Find A Grave is telling me! Because you originally set it up. It's memorial 99168512
Thank you so much in advance!

Hi Keith, would you mind if we delete this duplicate memorial 99168512 for my mom? The other guy agreed to change her name to what is on the stone and then he linked it to her second husband, too. It will clean it up on her family members memorials so she's not there twice on them. Thank you in advance. Diane Wellnitz Mills
|Roger W Harring||Peter Harring|
Peter Harring was my Great-Great Grandfather and I have searched for several years for his parentage including contacting the Niagra County Clerk in New York state. He informed me the records were so poorly kept or are in terrible shape that though he found notice of Peters birth in 1802 he could find nothing on the parents. If anyone can help please do. Thank you Keith for the entry, I have the same picture as well as ones for his son Henry H. and his wife Mary R. Harring, Kate Harring daughter of Peter, Mack Harring son of Henry H and my father Ray Harring son of William who was another son of Henry.
|Barbara (MANLEY) Hernden||RE: Cornelia Taylor Southard|
Thanks for the reply, that's what I "assumed" had happened. Know that my grandfather remarried after Cornelia, but never knew what happened to her.
|Barbara (MANLEY) Hernden||Cornelia Taylor Southard|
Cornelia was married after Clyde died to my grandfather, Ross Blackmore, but know that he remarried approx a year or so after that marriage. Not sure what ever happened to Cornelia until now.
Are you related to the family?
Do you have any more info on her?

|Barbara Manning||Margaret Fisk Walker|
I think this Margaret Fisk was the wife of John (Wood) Walker Memorial# 96677970. They lived in Ely, NV where he worked in the mines. We have family notes that Margaret went to live with her nephew? Otto Feldkamp. We have a pix of his head stone. It is a dual headstone, but we know she is not buried with him. Are you in contact with any of this family? John's first wife was Ella Agnew. Our family descends from John's brother, Edward Benjamin. Our John and Edward's parents were John O. Walker and Sarah Davis who had 9 children.
