We were there last weekend and saw no other Johnson marker in either cemetery. Apparently neither did Henry Ford Cuttrell whenever he surveyed both cemeteries, which I guess would have been in the 1970s or 1980s. Sure, it's okay to use the photo. Thanks for asking. Just to be clear, her memorial is still listed in the wrong cemetery on Find a Grave. There should be only 32 listed in that older cemetery. Hopefully the contributor will get around to moving them, but I've had no response from her yet.

Janie, I think it was you who requested the photo for Mary in New Hope Cemetery. Just wanted to be sure you saw the note I put in the caption with the link to the cemetery where her grave is. Hers is one of many memorials that were wrongly put into that cemetery.

|Darrel ||Herman Steiner|
Herman picture was needed for my family tree also. I went to all of the Steiners in Memorial park that day.
I met Herman at a Steiner reunion maybe 10 years ago. He was from my GGrandfather's (Julius)second wife. My Mother was Marjorie Steiner, dau of Ernest.
Always glad to help.

|Nancy Griffith||W. Herbert|
There are two Herberts buried in the Bush River Quaker Cemetery whose first names begin with W. They are Walter Herbert, who was born in 1773 and Maj. Wm. B. Herbert, born 1802. Are either of these the Herbert you are looking for? There was also a footstone for J.W. Herbert; it looked like W. Herbert before we brushed some flour on it. We have photos of the first two stones; if either of them is the right one we will post it.

I emailed a friend that lives in Mt. Auburn, he said he would help me, but it is too cold right now to go over and walk the cemetery. But I will get over there as soon as I can.

I am the President of the Christian County Genealogical Society, so I went to the center to research some stuff for me. I checked the Christian County Cemetery Inscription books and found a Nancy Wheeler, BUT she is listed in Mount Auburn Cemetery, all they had in the book was Wheeler, Nancy 4-17 ??, which is the death date of your Nancy, will find out who takes care of that cemetery and see what I can find out for you, if you want me to continue to research this for you.
