Please use the edit tab when requesting updates to a memorial. Findagrave has improved the edit process by allowing you to request changes through the edit tab, which will automatically go into the fields as you have entered them. This speeds up the process and reduces the chance of error. I have found findagrave.com while doing geneology research. It has turned out to be one of the biggest assets in my research. I wanted to be able to give back and decided to become a findagrave member. After finding family my cousin Wayne and I have spent a great deal of time looking for our relatives gravestones. He is a part of the Birdtracker's team for all Arkansas entries and has been there at each photo shooting. Wayne is the provider of information on the Birdwell/Tucker side, most of whom have been buried in Boone County, Arkansas. At this time we are researching the Birdwell, Harding Rowlett, Milam/Milum, Robertson/Roberson/Robinson, and Cato, through the Birdwell line. Malbaff, Thrasher, Mosher, Hook, Wolfe, Gordon, Tucker, Baughman, Eoff, Darnell, Dudley, and Srader, families through the Malbaff line. Currently we are doing mostly family and friends, but hope to expand. Occasionally graves are photographed that are not family or friends. We believe that memorials should belong to family members whenever possible, as family have a personal interest in honoring their relatives and are better able to complete, maintain and improve memorials with additional details and research. We are more than willing to have family members "adopt" them provided they are not in our family or are friends. We do make an exception to this for persons who have been findagrave members for a very short time, and those who manage a significantly larger amount of memorials than they have contributed. A great number of our entries are family. Please feel free to use any photos which we have posted in your research work. Recently we have photographed headstones, which are not as clean as we would like, for informational purposes, only to find that contributors account is disabled so they cannot receive suggestions. Those photos have been posted for the information they provide.
RE: Asberry Chapman Beam #28967024 I have contacted Findagrave to let them know about a duplicate memorial #44315155 created by "DEBB" about a year before you created your memorial. This "DEBB" is no longer active on Findagrave and cannot be contacted. Unfortunately, I am finding quite a few duplicates made by DEBB. Anyway, I have requested that they "merge" these two memorials, but to keep your #28967024 because it was created first and also has the most information about Asberry Chapman Beam.

RE: Tucker in Maplewood Cemetery Thank you for the reply! I understand now. I have found several memorials for living persons that were added because they were on a list, not because the contributor knew them. I have requested deletes from firstname.lastname@example.org for the persons that I personally know and they have complied. I tell them I definitely know the person and know for a fact that they are living. Best wishes to you!
