I've been doing genealogy research since 2004, around the time my first grandchild was born.

I've always been fascinated hearing stories about 'the good old days' from my older friends and relatives, as well as the tales about my ancestors and their trials and tribulations.

I have blood and marital ties to the following families: Cloer/Clore/Cloar, Beaver/Beavers, Hoard/Hord, Brown, Childers, Poindexter, Stewart, Killough, Davenport, Taylor, Savage, Simmons, Maney, Sanders, Franks, Barrett, Waldroup (and it's MANY different spellings), Kinsland, Owenby, Bush, and Mathis, and that's just going back two generations.

My current focus is on families of White County, GA. What started out as a family tree for a dear friend after the passing of her mother has now turned into a file of over 25,000 individual names, 8957 families, and 2995 unique surnames. And just as the saying goes 'We're all related somewhere down the line' my family tree intersected with hers collaterally so her file is now part of my file.

I have access to a wide variety of resources for families in the area, and I am more than happy to assist others with their quest for information about their ancestors.
