Glad to help out, Betty. I thoroughly enjoy traveling to nearby cemeteries and taking these photos.

Hey Betty! How's it going?
I think your Billy Joe Hollon is an uncle I'd been searching for for a long time. Where did you find a birth record listing Pearl Banks as his mother?
His dad is my Grandfather - Wiley Hollon Find A Grave # 124885127 and my step Grandmother - Lydia Hollon Find A Grave # 150683626.
Stay warm - looks like winter is upon us!

Betty, I am looking for a Barker graveyard. On the death certificate it says Campton, but the ones I've looked at doesn't have who I'm looking for. Jordon Barker was 1 when he passed in Nov. of 1914, son of Dillard and Millie Perry Barker. If you wouldn't mind sending me an email to email@example.com, I have some other things I want to ask you about but not on here.
Thanks so much for all the work you do! It is so appreciated!
|Long Black Veil||Lucille Taulee Brooks|
Sorry Betty, I hit the send key to soon.
Yes, those are the same pictures of Lucille that was posted in her obit. I did not copy the photos from the obit. Lucille's granddaughter sent me the pictures of her grandmother to post on her memorial.
Like I have told you before I am related to almost everyone in Wolfe Co. And have contacts to get info or pictures to add to memorials.
The only thing is none of them like going to cemetery to photograph stones, or they live out of the country. You are about the only person I know that lived in Wolfe Co that enjoys photographing stones.

As a volunteer Photographer It's the simple thank you's that make the job well worth the effort. Your welcome.
|James Maxwell||Sopha Bell McPherson|
Thank you so much for uploading the photo of Sopha B. McPherson's gravestone! Also, thank you for cleaning off the stone so it is legible. I have been looking for this grave a long time, but could never find it until now. Thank very much you again!
|Randall Smith||RE: Floyd Noble|
Betty i just found out a bit of info. on reason that death cert. may have had pete listed on it instead of Sam. It seams that Hannah was married to Sam's brother Pete first she was pregnant with her first child or had just given birth recently when Pete died Sam's first wife also had just recently past leaving him with two small children. They then married. Story goes a lot of family and friends started calling Sam Pete as sort of a joke and i guess this may have led to fact that it could have been listed on death cert. as Pete. I don't know how true a lot of this is but i have found records where she was in fact married to Pete before Sam.
