I am from a big family on both sides, my mom's side consist of the Madden's, Tester's, Dalton, Buchanan's, Perdue's, Little's ETC.. and my dad's side is mainly in the Morgan/Menifee Counties but some are from Wolfe..the consists of Lawson's, Cox's, Dennis', Hayes', Montgomery's, Cottle's, Peyton's ETC...my husband's father's side is from Floyd County, Salmon's, Pitts ETC.. There is a Madden Family Cemetery where most of the Madden's going back to my great great grandfather Rev James P Madden started and is buried out near Stillwater off I believe is 1010 and of course the Murphy Cemetery which is out at the Halsey place out by Stillwater there are Dalton's, Madden's and of course Murphy's buried there. My uncle John Tester is buried at the Taulbee Cemetery. I would like to add the Madden Cemetery with some of the people buried there like Corney and Earl Taylor my cousins and also Emma Fletcher my great aunt is also buried there. We have a long history in the Wolfe County Area.
