Bio and Links
Bio Photo 3/2015--I would like to get rid of most of my memorials so if you would like transfers of your relatives or close connections please use the correct links for same and I will be more than happy to transfer to you. j

I no longer take stone photos but hope my memorials/photos will help someone with their family genealogy.

I most likely have made mistakes so if you find any, or duplicates, please send me an email with info. and I will be more than happy to correct. If you have additional information I will gladly add to what I already have or will transfer the memorial to you.

{Find a Grave has implemented a new way to submit Edits! Unfortunately, there are far too many members for Find a Grave to notify everyone via email, so it's up to us to get the word out. If every member posts this message (or similar) in their profile, hopefully we can help spread the word.

To suggest a correction (SAC) click on the edit tab of the memorial that needs to be corrected. Then click on the link which best describes where your edit should occur. Enter your correction, when you're done, click submit edit. Your request will be sent to the manager of the memorial and will appear in the managers' profile under the Edits tab.

Managers will no longer receive emails. They must go directly to their profile page and click on the Edits tab. Managers can approve, deny or ignore, suggested corrections. It's quick and easy!

The exception:
Requesting a transfer other corrections are still handled the same way. Click on "suggest any other correction or addition," type your message and press "send this message." The manager of the memorial will receive an email.}

Please DO NOT 'take' my pictures for your use or anyone else's. As a courtesy, please ask.

RE: Transfers
That is very interesting, thanks for telling me. As far as I know, Owen and Mary (Burke) Kivlighan immigrated to the US from Ireland, leaving their parents. I do not know why there would be bodies of the Kivlighan family buried without stones, I believe they were pretty wealthy, but if that is what you were told I do not doubt it.
Thanks for the info.

Martha Wichael Cook
Hello JVB;

I'm not sure how to use the edits to transfer a memorial over to me, I had wanted Martha J Wichael Cook transferred over. It isn't that I don't want messages to my email, cause I enjoy hearing from individual. I just don't alway use the jerry.weikle@yahoo.com; as it is also my social networking "bucket" that collects Facebook messages; of which, I get over 300 a day. In a month, that is basically 9,000 facebook messages alone. When I do sign into yahoo, it is basically removing facebook messages. Thank you;Jerry M. Weikle

Martha J Wichael Cook
The Wichael's of Augusta County, Virginia, are distantly related to the Weikle's of Monroe County,West Virginia. The name changes due to phonetic spelling in the old record keeping of the days before the Civil War. Her father, George Wichael, was descended from a George Weikle who married and Elizabeth Schattin that was married in 1767 at St. James Lutheran Church, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His father is believed to be Georg Weigel, who arrived in 1737, on the Ship Sameul, via Rotterdam to Cowes England and then arrived in August at the Port of Philiadelphia. I would be happy to manage the memorial for her and Issac Cook, along with their children.

As an 8th generation Weikle, I have taken the Family Finder yDNA test to further document the known lineage.

Thank you; Jerry Matthew Weikle (#47469053)
